Driven by his curiosity and thirst for knowledge, Patrick embarked on his vision for a Future-Ready Kenyan Youth. What started as a hobbyist backyard electronic workshop to fix old & damaged laptops and computers evolved into a knowledge-sharing community when pandemic denied any learning opportunity for the underprivileged in Kenya.

Education In Kenya

Three-tier education system: Primary school (8 years), Secondary school (4 years) & Higher education (4 years).
Approximately 32,000 functional primary schools.
Before COVID-19, primary school enrolment was 99% due to Free Primary Education policy.
Statista reports that in 2019, 10.1 million children attended primary school in Kenya. However, only 3.26 million children enrolled in secondary school the same year and only 509,000 Kenyan students attended college in 2019.
The huge gap is due to poverty, in affordability and inaccessibility.
Root Cause: Approximately 32% Kenyans are below international poverty line.
